As a distributor of medical technology, we ship our products worldwide. If documents are required for shipping, we will prepare them for you.
We also take care of the entire import and export process, should this be necessary.
Our packaging is professional and all goods are shipped securely.
Deliveries are made worldwide with forwarding agents by land, air or sea. We rely on the large forwarding companies, but can also deliver and collect within Germany and neighboring countries with our own vehicle.

- within Germany: approx. 5 working days
- within Europe (spare parts): approx. 5 working days
- within Europe (per Euro pallet; for larger systems): approx. 10-12 working days

Our process: From the hospital to your desired location!
1. contact
We take over all types of medical technology from hospitals, clinics and Medical practices from all over Europe. The condition does not matter. In this step, we already clarify the majority of all questions and take care of any concerns by communicating all the important points.
2. dismantling & removal
Now that all questions have been clarified, we take care of the professional dismantling and the subsequent removal. With the right planning and communication, we ensure that the day-to-day workflow remains undisturbed.
3. quality control
After receipt of the goods in our warehouse, we check the exact condition, renew, repair or overhaul the respective product as far as possible, repair or overhaul the respective product as far as possible.
4. restoration & spare parts
If we come across a product that is no longer fully functional, we will check whether a restoration is worthwhile. If this is not the case, we disassemble the respective system into its individual parts and complete / add these to our spare parts inventory.
5. onward transportation & shipping
From the hospital, the goods are securely packed and sent either directly to the customer or to our own warehouse in Gronau (Leine). When shipping medical technology of any kind, we prepare all the necessary documents and handle the entire import and export process for you.
